Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning in Collier and Lee Counties

Southwest Florida is hard on anything that sits outside. Mildew grows best in warm, moist air, and Florida has that most of the year. Over time, driveways, patios and pool decks pick up dark stains, slick spots and a dull look that a garden hose won’t fix.

Clear Quality Window Cleaning is a family business run by Aiden, who started the company in Naples at 15. Along with windows, we clean the outdoor surfaces around your home. That includes the concrete, the pavers, the lanai and the outside of the house.

Why Florida Surfaces Get Dirty So Fast

Heat, humidity and moisture give mildew what it needs to grow. The spots that stay damp the longest usually darken first. Left alone, the buildup can make walkways slippery and make a well-kept home look neglected from the street. It’s easier to keep a surface clean than to rescue one that has gone black.

A Note About Pavers

Pavers need more care than plain concrete because of the sand in the joints. Unilock, a paver manufacturer, gives this advice in Unilock’s paver care guidance:

  • Use a pressure setting gentle enough to avoid scarring.
  • Keep the wand moving.
  • Angle a fan spray so it doesn’t blow sand out of the joints.
  • If sand does come out, refill the joints once the surface is dry.
  • Sealing afterward is optional.

If you have pavers, mention it when you request your quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a driveway or patio be pressure washed in Florida?

There’s no fixed schedule. It depends on shade, moisture and how much the surface gets used. A good rule is to clean when you start seeing dark staining or slick spots, before the buildup gets heavy.

What surfaces does Clear Quality clean?

We clean driveways, sidewalks, pavers, patios, lanais, pool decks, pool cages and screens, and house exteriors.

Where do you offer pressure washing?

We offer it throughout Collier and Lee counties, plus Punta Gorda and Babcock Ranch.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers or wash out the joint sand?

It can if it isn’t done carefully. Unilock, a paver manufacturer, recommends a pressure setting gentle enough to avoid scarring, keeping the wand moving, and angling a fan spray so it doesn’t blow sand out of the joints. If sand comes out, Unilock says to refill the joints once the surface is dry. If you have pavers, mention it when you request your quote.

What causes the black stains on my driveway?

In Florida, dark staining can be mildew or other organic growth. Mildew grows best in warm, moist conditions, so the areas that stay damp the longest usually darken first.
